• 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • I inch ginger root, peeled and minced
  • 1 ½ c. natural smooth peanut butter
  • ¾ c. lemon juice
  • 5 Tbsp. Coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbsp paprika
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 2 c. vegetable stock or filtered water
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Heat gently for 10 minutes, stirring often.
