- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- I inch ginger root, peeled and minced
- 1 ½ c. natural smooth peanut butter
- ¾ c. lemon juice
- 5 Tbsp. Coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 2 c. vegetable stock or filtered water
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Heat gently for 10 minutes, stirring often.
