• 1 cup of nut butter (any kind works)
  • ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1-2 Tbsp coconut flour (as needed, depends on how oily your nut butter is)
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips or chopped up chocolate bar (we use zazubean)
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  1. Mix nut butter, maple syrup and sea salt together for 60 seconds. The mixture should be thick. If it is thick enough to roll into balls, skip the coconut flour. If not, add 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour until the mixture can be rolled into balls.
  2. Place the nut butter balls (15-18) on a tray with parchment paper in the freezer.
  3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl over a double boiler (we use a small pot).
  4. Take the balls out of the freezer and roll them quickly in the chocolate, placing them back on the tray.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 15 minutes. They can be stored in the freezer or fridge. The colder they are the more delicious they are!
