- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sunflower seeds (unroasted)
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds (unroasted)
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup poppy seeds
- 2 cups almonds, chopped
- ½ cup each honey, oil, and water
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients separately in bowls.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry. Bake at 350oF for 10 minutes, then turn the granola. Bake for 7 minutes then turn again.
- Continue to decrease the time between turning the granola at the end. It will brown very quickly.
- Makes 2 cookie sheets. If available, use convection.
