• 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds (unroasted)
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds (unroasted)
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup poppy seeds
  • 2 cups almonds, chopped
  • ½ cup each honey, oil, and water
  1. Combine the wet and dry ingredients separately in bowls.
  2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry. Bake at 350oF for 10 minutes, then turn the granola. Bake for 7 minutes then turn again.
  3. Continue to decrease the time between turning the granola at the end. It will brown very quickly.
  4. Makes 2 cookie sheets. If available, use convection.
