• 2 tbsp ground chia mixed with 4 Tbsp water
  • 1 ¼ cups milk (any type)
  • ½ cup avocado/olive oil
  • 2 cups flour (any type, gluten free blend works too)
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  1. Mix chia and water and let gel for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix in all other ingredients until smooth.
  3. Cook according to your waffle makers instructions.
