- 2 tbsp ground chia mixed with 4 Tbsp water
- 1 ¼ cups milk (any type)
- ½ cup avocado/olive oil
- 2 cups flour (any type, gluten free blend works too)
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Mix chia and water and let gel for 2 minutes.
- Mix in all other ingredients until smooth.
- Cook according to your waffle makers instructions.
