- 500g ground turkey
- ½ cup grated carrot
- ½ cup grated zucchini
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp flax seeds, ground
- 1 cup oats
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Divide into patties.
- Cook through on frying pan or BBQ.
- Raw patties can be place in freezer to store up to 4 weeks.
- Makes 6 burgers.
