• 500g ground turkey
  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • ½ cup grated zucchini
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 tbsp flax seeds, ground
  • 1 cup oats
  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Divide into patties.
  3. Cook through on frying pan or BBQ.
  4. Raw patties can be place in freezer to store up to 4 weeks.
  5. Makes 6 burgers.
