• 1 lb meat (1 egg per lb meat): Mix and form into balls

Sauce:

  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • ½ can water
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tin crushed pineapple with juice
  • ½ cup onions
  1. Pour sauce over meatballs.
  2. Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
  3. Serve over rice or veggies.
