- 1 lb meat (1 egg per lb meat): Mix and form into balls
Sauce:
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- ½ can water
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- 1 tin crushed pineapple with juice
- ½ cup onions
- Pour sauce over meatballs.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
- Serve over rice or veggies.
