• 2 ½ cups large flake rolled oats or quinoa flakes
  • ¾ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¾ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • ¾ cup uncooked quinoa
  • ¼ cup unsweetened, flaked coconut
  • 1 cup maple syrup (or less, I found it quite sweet)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup dried fruit
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  1. Measure dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Combine maple syrup and vanilla and add to dry ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon over and mix well.
  4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 225oF for 1 hour.
  5. Remove and set aside to cool.
  6. Toss with dried fruit and raisins.
  7. Store in a sealed container for up to 4 weeks.
