- 5 large chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice, fresh
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp sage, ground
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 425F.
- Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.
- Place chicken in a shallow roasting pan, skin side up.
- In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and sage.
- Brush mixture on the chicken breasts.
- Bake chicken breasts for 35 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
- Baste chicken twice with lemon and garlic mixture.
- Serves 4.
