• 5 large chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sage, ground
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.
  3. Place chicken in a shallow roasting pan, skin side up.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and sage.
  5. Brush mixture on the chicken breasts.
  6. Bake chicken breasts for 35 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
  7. Baste chicken twice with lemon and garlic mixture.
  8. Serves 4.
