• 4 cups cranberries
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

 

  1. Boil cranberries until popped and open, then drain them in cheese cloth.
  2. Put the juice back in a pot and add ½ cup maple syrup for 4 cups cranberries. (Don’t measure the juice again).
  3. Boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Drink as is.

OR: skip maple syrup and freeze juice in ice cube trays and remove as needed for urinary tract infections or summery drinks!
