Mom Surette – my grandmothers recipe, no fail!

  • 1 cup coconut sugar or xylitol
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup vegannaise or canola mayo
  • 1 cup cold water
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour (works as gluten free too!)
  1. Mix all together.
  2. Place in greased bundt pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30-45 Minutes (checking after 30 minutes).
