Mom Surette – my grandmothers recipe, no fail!
- 1 cup coconut sugar or xylitol
- 1 egg
- 1 cup vegannaise or canola mayo
- 1 cup cold water
- ½ cup cocoa
- 1 ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour (works as gluten free too!)
- Mix all together.
- Place in greased bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30-45 Minutes (checking after 30 minutes).
