• ¼ cup flax seed oil (or 2T each flax and olive oil)
  • 1 to 2 TBSP vinegar of choice
  • ½ to 1 TBSP water
  • 1 tsp mustard (Dijon, regular)
  • Options: 1 minced garlic clove, oregano, basil, or other herbs
  1. Mix well in a shaker jar and store in the fridge.
