• 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 2 handfuls spinach or kale
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice (or 2 Tbsp hemp hearts)
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 1 to 1 ½ cups coconut milk
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
